As a newly founded plumbing and heating company, Sanexo GmbH faced the central challenge of establishing itself from scratch in the competitive Berlin market. The mission was not just to create a logo, but to build a complete, professional, and modern brand identity that radiates trust and the highest quality craftsmanship from day one. It needed to be a brand that stood out, felt unique, and worked seamlessly across every touchpoint.

This project covers the full spectrum of brand creation. I guided the process from translating a client concept into a versatile logo system, to building a compelling digital presence with the website. The result is a unified and powerful brand image, consistently applied to everything from digital assets and print materials to the vehicle fleet seen across Berlin.

Based in Berlin, Sanexo is an expert partner for all heating, plumbing, and air conditioning solutions. From large-scale renovations to urgent repairs, their focus is on combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, building long-term customer relationships based on trust and quality. They are the reliable experts for future-proof building services engineering.

The aesthetic vision for Sanexo was to create a brand that felt both innovative and deeply trustworthy. The design needed to be bold and unique to stand out, yet clean and professional to reflect the precision of their craft. The following chapters show how this balance between a striking, almost futuristic aesthetic and clear, reliable communication was achieved across all media.

a recognizable brand mark

The client's vision was a logo that represented their core areas of water and technology, with an icon and wordmark that could work both together and independently. The strategic challenge was to fuse these elements into an identity that felt modern and unique, while still conveying the trust and seriousness crucial to the trade. My process translated this brief into a versatile design system, moving from initial hand-drawn sketches to a systematically refined final mark that is both aesthetically striking and strategically sound.

a flexible design system

The final Sanexo logo was designed as a flexible system. The chosen typography, Bai Jamjuree Bold, perfectly supports the "unconventional but professional" standard with its slightly technical yet open feel. The color palette, a combination of a deep, trustworthy dark blue (#22254e) and a fresh, dynamic light blue (#00b3ea) as a vibrant accent, creates a modern and professional contrast. Together, these elements form the foundation of a corporate design that guarantees consistent brand communication for years to come.

With the final logo system approved, the strategic foundation was set. The next step was to apply this new identity to the key touchpoints that would shape the company's first impression, ensuring the brand's quality and professionalism would be evident from day one.

business cards: the first handshake

The business card is often the first physical point of contact with a brand. For Sanexo, a design was chosen that immediately communicates value and modernity. The dark color scheme, combined with the subtle contour logo in the background, creates an elegant, professional look. As a special detail, the logo on the front was finished with a partial spot UV varnish—a decision made to create a lasting impression that is not only visual but also haptic.

business stationery: professional communication

A strong brand presence is evident in its consistency across all official communication. The official letterhead builds trust in every offer and invoice. The design uses the contour logo as a recurring background element, creating a subtle but powerful brand consistency that reinforces the professional image of Sanexo.

workwear: the team as brand ambassadors

Workwear is more than just practical—it's a mobile billboard and a statement. The design for Sanexo uses the logo not just as a small emblem but integrates the contours as a large, stylistic element. This gives the clothing a fashionable character that stands out from standard workwear. The thoughtful placement of the logos on the chest, back, and sleeve ensures maximum 360° visibility and underscores the team's professionalism on site.

the briefing: a digital business card that stands out

Inspired by the bold impact of lennartworks.de, the client’s core brief was for a website that would also stand out with its own unique and high-quality aesthetic. The goal was to create a digital experience that stands out from standard industry websites while convincing through professionalism and intuitive user navigation.

conception & strategy: the foundation for success

Based on competitor analysis and exchange with industry experts, a clear structure was developed, optimized for building trust and facilitating easy contact. From this strategic analysis, a creative vision emerged for a unique, memorable site. This vision was captured in initial sketches and wireframes, paving the way for a design that balanced striking visuals with user-centric functionality.

ui/ux & visual design: where strategy meets aesthetics

The design translates the brand DNA into an interactive interface. The contour elements from the print design serve as visual guiding systems. Subtle, scroll-based animations like the rotating gears convey technical competence and a love for detail. Every element, from the expandable footer for quick contact details to the thoughtful sticky navigation on the privacy policy page, was developed to maximize the user experience and make the brand tangible. The "Why Us?" section was strategically added after the initial launch to prominently feature key selling points.

technical implementation & launch: perfection in every detail

The design was brought to life on the modern and high-performance Framer platform. A particular challenge was developing a custom auto-scroller for the services, which goes beyond standard solutions to deliver on the specific design vision. Throughout the entire process, a responsive-first mindset ensured a perfect display on all devices. The launch itself was handled as a collaborative partnership, including domain setup and connecting SEO tools, to ensure a smooth and successful start for the client.

the result: a living, future-proof platform

The result is more than just a finished website—it's a living, future-proof platform. It was designed from the start to be forward-thinking and expandable. The foundations for future sections, such as a 'References' page to showcase projects, have already been laid. This ensures the website can grow with the company. My ongoing maintenance and development guarantee the client's long-term digital success.

Beyond its strategic foundation, the site is technically flawless. Rigorous optimization resulted in outstanding Google PageSpeed scores, including a near-perfect 99/100 in Performance and perfect scores for Accessibility and SEO. This ensures a fast, user-friendly experience for every visitor and maximum visibility in search results.

vehicle wraps: mobile billboards

The vehicle fleet is the most powerful mobile showcase for Sanexo. The design process evolved from initial, information-heavy drafts to a bold, reduced solution. The large-scale, dynamic design ensures maximum visibility in Berlin's city traffic. Key contact details and a QR code are placed on the rear for optimal readability in stationary traffic, while the sides serve as emotional brand carriers, focusing on impact over information.

advertising & tools: visibility on site

To maximize brand presence directly at the point of service, a consistent design was applied to key promotional materials. The construction fence banner acts as a large-scale advertisement on-site, while branded folding rulers serve as practical and memorable giveaways for customers and partners.

A modern brand must function seamlessly from the physical to the digital space. The professionally set up Google Business Profile, complete with brand graphics, ensures that Sanexo is optimally found and presented in the most important local search. It is the digital twin of the brand on the street, translating the established brand identity into the digital storefront.
